GingerKnot Shipping Policy
Where we ship We currently ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Dispatch times All GingerKnot pieces are handmade with care. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order:
- Orders under 100g — £1.99
- Orders 100g to 2kg — £4.99
- Orders over 2kg — £7.99
Delivery times Once dispatched, please allow:
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days
Tracking Where a tracked service is used, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch.
Lost or damaged parcels If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
